HA. HA. HA . My softball coach said that about the whole team. Immediately after he said that about half of the girls turned there heads slightly and laughed. Wanna know why? Because one of the girls on our team never gets sat in a game unless she asks to be or is injured. Equality is the most important thing in sports because the ones who aren't getting play time are a little worse BECAUSE they don't get to play. Practice makes "perfect" or better so why would you favor the better when the worse girls don't get a chance to shine or get better? It's only because they don't get it. Coaches should not just be coaches because they can play the game, they should also be able to have fun and know every girl on the team's strength or weaknesses. They need to open there eyes. If they do they might find a couple of girls who really know what to do.
